SnapZen is a window management application for macOS that allows users to organize and snap windows into custom zones and layouts. The Application operates locally on your device and does not require an internet connection for core functionality.

3. License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use SnapZen for personal or commercial use on devices you own or control.

• Install and use the Application on multiple Mac devices you own

3.2 Prohibited Uses

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application
• Distribute, sell, or sublicense the Application
• Remove or modify any copyright notices or proprietary markings
• Use the Application for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

4. System Requirements and Permissions

SnapZen requires certain macOS permissions to function properly:

• Accessibility Permission: Required to detect and manage windows
• Screen Recording Permission: May be required for enhanced window detection

You are responsible for granting these permissions. The Application may not function correctly without the required permissions.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The Application will meet your specific requirements
• The Application will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• Any errors in the Application will be corrected
